1993 | KRONOS sold half of the plant site to Tioxide and created a joint venture called Louisiana Pigment Company, LP. |
1994 | Plant capacity grew to 100,000 mt/y through debottlenecking and system improvement. |
2000 | Plant capacity grew to 120,000 mt/y through debottlenecking and system improvement. |
2001 | Comissioning of the slurry production unit at the Kronos facility using pigment produced at LPC. |
2005 | Plant became an OSHA VPP Star site. |
2008 | Plant capacity grew to 156,000 mt/year through debottlenecking and system improvement. |
